Joining the Air Victory Museum Composite Squadron

We invite any interested prospective member to visit us on Thursday nights from 1900-2100 (7 p.m -9 p.m.) at:

We will return to the museum when the COVID19 issues allow us to have in person meetings

Please let us know you are coming by contacting the Senior Officer below.  We will discuss CAP and your interest, and you can see our squadron in action. Typically a prospective member will attend at least three meetings to see whether it's a good fit. Joining the Civil Air Patrol is a privilege.

Membership Applications

Cadet Online Application -- Once the Squadron Commander has approved your paper application, you can complete the online application, including credit card payment. The Squadron Commander will then approve the online application and you will be a member within a few minutes.
Cadet Paper Application -- You must complete this paper application, have your parent(s) sign, and bring it to the squadron with proof of citizenship or alien registration.

Prospective Senior Officers: We will provide you with a paper application and fingerprint card for an FBI background check.
