Welcome to Air Victory Museum Composite Squadron, NER-NJ-079!
I am very proud to be serving as squadron commander. As a boy raised in the '50s I was active in many organizations. In 1955, an Air Force Recruiting Sergeant introduced me to Civil Air Patrol (CAP). The thrill of my first orientation flight convinced me to join the CAP. The education that I received and the many experiences I had as a CAP cadet have been invaluable.
I am a retired Human Resource/Organizational Development Consultant. A Philadelphia based chemical company employed me for 34 years. The leadership skills that I developed in the CAP were very helpful for my career. Service to community was also a value that I learned as a CAP cadet.
I hope to influence our young members to participate in all that the CAP has to offer and to adopt our Core Values of integrity, volunteer service, excellence and respect.
Semper Vigilans!
